What is Cold Process Soap?

Cold process soap is made by combining oils and a sodium hydroxide lye solution, which causes a chemical reaction called saponification. Once made, the soap bars are then cured for 4-8 weeks to allow the water to evaporate and create a hard, long lasting, safe to use bar of soap. This is a process that has been done for thousands of years to make soap. Cold process soap is amazing for the skin because it's made from natural ingredients and doesn't contain any artificial chemicals or additives. And did we mention they also smell incredible, leave your skin incredibly clean and moisturized, AND look fun?! Ditch the big box store soap that basically just detergent, and convert to handmade cold processed soap. Your skin will thank you for it.

Fragrance: Frankincense and Myrrh - Derived from tree sap, frankincense and myrrh are fragrant resins highly valued for incense and perfumes. Our Frankincense and Myrrh captures the essence of these enduring scents used for millennia. Hints of citrusy bergamot and amber open up to a heart of resinous myrrh and frankincense. The wood and incense notes are softened by powder and oud in the base. Olibanum, patchouli, and coriander seed essential oils reinforce the earthiness aroma. This fragrance is infused with natural essential oils, including coriander seed, cumin, lemon, orange, patchouli, and olibanum.

Ingredients: Coconut Oil, Canola Oil, Olive Oil, Mango Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Castor Oil, Vitamin E, Fragrance, Mica

Directions: Apply directly to wet skin or with loofah. Lather and wash as normal. Rinse with warm water.
